Johnny Coxx...
11/3/10. Johnny was pushed by another student while he was standing by the lockers waiting to go into his next class. He was asked if he was hurt or needed to go to the nurse, he responded no. This incident was reported to Mrs. Carr and she will handle it in the morning (she is at a conference today).

3/23/2011 KICKED IN THE HEAD WHILE SITTING ON GYM FLOOR SAME BULLY!
Subject: JB kicked Johnny in the head in PE yesterday
(JB) kicked Johnny in the head in PE yesterday. Why is he in the same class? He blacked his eye previously and bullied him the last 2 yrs. He is afraid of him!
5/11/2011: Teacher refused to hug Johnny after complaints of failure to protect him. Then same day made to sit in the lunchroom at a table alone for one week.
Followed by severe anxiety and vomiting no fever in teacher’s class.
5/24/2011: Johnny was seen in this clinic. He presented with a history of being constantly bullied at school and having frequent visits to the school nurse for headaches, vomiting and physical injury secondary to being hit by another child. Physically Johnny is in good health. It appears that Johnny exhibits these symptoms only when he is in school. It is logical to assume that the anxiety and stress brought on by being bullied is causing the physical symptoms mentioned above. I hope that every possible effort is being made to assist and protect Johnny both physically and psychologically. The issue of the bullying must be addressed. The children involved need guidance and direction before it is too late. I will keep in contact with Mom regarding this issue. Respectfully, Emily Meister RN MSN CPNP Pedia Clinic
