Mom asked where J.R. was. She stayed at the front door while his sister went to look, I was still on the phone. I get to the door and I hear screaming and go outside, as I get closer, I see/hear what was going on and see my baby on the ground covered in blood. As my daughter tackles me at the tailgate of the truck, I crawled to mom and J.R. to try to help with CPR. I throw my daughter my phone and tell her to call dad and 911. The first responders showed up but could not save him. My son passed away the day his big sister turned 20, what a birthday.

           

     School records were picked up on May 7, 2014, and we got nothing but his grades. We persisted in counseling, bully, harassment, or assault records and got more records weeks later, nevertheless to this date still have not received his counselors' records. John was attacked for his weight; he was 5'4 and 260 lbs. He was constantly tripped and pushed until he fell and could not get up, was hit and harassed. He was called Short, Fat, Jambalaya, Titties, Donut and other names. J.R., our family, and John's father made sure the school knew and we were assured it would be resolved, but it was not. Principal Anderson was informed constantly. John said, "She knew but won't do anything to stop it." If he did write this on the mirror, he did it to stop the stalking and harassment, because no one would resolve the harassment that went on for years. He would binge eat to comfort himself to deal with the suffering he faced at school.

           

     The school reports show where John defended his self after being assaulted. Why there were no arrests made or even reported to police? Why wasn't there any prevention, intervention, or resolution?
