Take Out the Trash Cont...

My son would still be alive today if the school would have called 911 and J.R. had been taken into custody and evaluated by a licensed psychiatrist, admitted for mental help. Was this a terrorist threat, or a suicide cry for help and a desperate way to stop the bullies?  I did not know he had been stalked, harassed, and assaulted by a gang of students chanting fight, fight, on May 5. On May 6, I did not know he had been emotionally broken down - interrogated for hours before they called me to come to the school until I read the school records they had finally released. I did not know that Gayle White belittled him saying he was not logical etc. Where was the psychological Counselor if Mrs. White did not think he was functioning logically? I did not know he told them he did not write it and he was coerced into saying he did until I read the school records. I did not know he had been sniffing glue and had empty bottles in his locker until weeks later the records were released.

Why did this happen? Why wouldn't they help him? He just wanted an education and to play football.

Presley Glasgow a friend of Johns a cheerleader - contacted J.R.s sister and said she saw the fight, she heard J.R. say "What are you going to do if I kill myself."

Presley stated she told Principal Anderson. That the kid that started the fight tried to fight J.R. again calling him short and fat. Presley stated she could not stop it. The school knew but did not contact our family with this information.

The school board, superintendent, and Chief Wilhelm were all e-mailed about the attack on May 5 and still have not responded.

This document is what I've learned and taken from JR's

experience. It is to help other families to keep them from

losing their loved ones. Criticism is welcome.
